Flight of Spring F18 Catamaran Open

The
Jericho Sailing Center in Vancouver BC will be hosting an open class regatta for
mono hulls and cats. Jericho puts on a great event with an excellent
racing program on the water. Add in a great banquet facility on site and
you have a great weekend coming up.
Last year was the first event bringing together
the full scope of F18 designs. This year the event will be growing to
a new level with an added roster or Hobie F18 Tigers and the Nacra F18.
It is anticipated that over 15 F18 fast cats will be hitting the start line
for June 19 and 20.
Arrive on Friday and rig your boat in the
large compound. There is time to arrive on Saturday morning if you
are fast to rig up. Normally the PRO could start the first
race by 11am.

Dinner 6pm roughly depending on last race and weather
Sunday Racing
11am to 2:30pm
Jericho Sailing Center will issue overnight
permits to RVs and Cars that are participating in the regatta.
Drivers have to purchase day parking passes and leave them on the car
dash board. The lot is patrolled by City Parking Control and
will definitely swing by the site.
Jericho Facilities
Jericho has a full size changing room,
showers, washrooms, and lockers in a heated center. There is a
full restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A patio bar
and fireside lounge is open to regatta guests. Go to
